EL VEENU products are made using natural leather and traditional craftsmanship.
Natural leather is not completely uniform. Variations in grain, shade, wrinkles, texture, marks and ageing are part of the material's natural character and should not automatically be considered manufacturing defects.
Over time, genuine natural leather may develop a richer tone and individual patina depending on use and care.
Product Images & Colours
We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately.
However, slight differences may appear due to:
- Natural variations in leather
- Lighting during photography
- Screen and display settings
- Handmade production characteristics
These natural variations make each leather product individual.
Orders
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS or another available communication method.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in reasonable circumstances, including:
