Return & Refund
We want every EL VEENU product to reach you as it was intended — carefully made and properly delivered.
If something is not right with your order, please contact us within the applicable return period.
India Orders
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery.
The product must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging and accompanying items
International Orders
International return requests must be raised within 1 month of delivery.
Unless the product received is damaged, incorrect or has a confirmed manufacturing defect, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- The wrong product
- A product with a manufacturing defect
please contact us as soon as possible.
An unboxing video is compulsory for damaged, defective or incorrect-product claims and helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.
Where the issue is confirmed as our responsibility, EL VEENU will bear the applicable return or replacement shipping cost.
Before Accepting Your Delivery
We recommend checking the external condition of the parcel and the EL VEENU packaging/seal before opening it.
If the package appears significantly damaged or tampered with, record the condition before opening.
Natural Leather Characteristics
Please remember that natural leather develops its own character.
Natural grain, slight shade variation, wrinkles, surface texture and gradual patina are normal characteristics of genuine leather and are not generally considered manufacturing defects.
Return Shipping
For returns based on personal preference, size choice or another reason not caused by an EL VEENU error or confirmed defect, return shipping charges are also borne by the EL VEENU .
Inspection
All returned products are inspected after they reach us.
A refund or exchange may be declined if the item is found to have been used, damaged after delivery or returned in a condition inconsistent with the applicable return requirements.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated through the original or appropriate payment method.
The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return results from an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by EL VEENU.
