Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided when available.
You can use the tracking information to follow the shipment until delivery.

EL VEENU may not be responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
International Customs & Duties

Damaged Parcel
If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with, please record the condition before opening the parcel.
For damaged, incorrect or defective product claims, an unboxing video is compulsory for verification.
